Stephen Ward & Associates, Inc. is a specialty consulting firm in the building and construction industry and has been providing professional consulting services in the evaluation, design, inspection and management of roofs, walls and waterproofing since 1986.
We provide professional consultation services to insurance companies, contractors, other consulting firms, architectural firms, engineering firms, property/facility managers and building owners.
Our corporate office is located in Huntsville, Alabama with a production office located in Birmingham and Gadsden, Alabama.
While not forsaking time-tested products, practices and procedures, we stay current by seeking out and evaluating new ways to better serve each client's unique needs.
Our team members include twenty two full-time, professional, proficient and knowledgeable associates as well as associate relationships with five engineering and consulting firms. We maintain an even work load that includes past and present projects throughout the Southeastern region of the United States including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia. Additionally, we have completed assignments in California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Ohio, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C as well as overseas in Aruba and Nigeria.
